Julie Boucher Coppenrath

I am a dedicated mental health counselor currently completing my master’s degree at Merrimack College. Guided by my life experiences and faith, I strive to create a compassionate and safe environment where clients can slow down, breathe, and feel genuinely seen and heard. My work focuses on mindfulness, emotional regulation, unresolved trauma, goal setting, and strengthening self-worth. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals as they heal, rediscover purpose, and find greater balance in their lives.
