My family and I just recently moved to the Merrimack Valley. We are settling in beautifully. I chose to complete my internship with Mission Counseling & Guidance Center as I prepare for licensure. I have worked as a teacher, home-manager, director, private contractor, and team-builder with various age groups and populations. 

 

My Approach to Therapy: Overall, I want to be with people in their honesty, in the messes of life, in their discovery, and in their growth. I am prepared to meet each client where they are. I approach therapy with multidimensional methods including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and Holistic Health Healing to address trauma, grief & loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and other concerns. I want to help people step deeper into self-understanding and owning their story.
